Returns, Replacements & Refunds

30-Day Returns

Within the following conditions, all non-excluded items can be returned within 30 days for a refund with the following conditions. If more than 30 days has elapsed since your purchase, we cannot refund or exchange your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Not be damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our error.

• Be in the original packaging in most cases.

• Be documented by a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Not be an Excluded Item (below).

Excluded Items

Apparel and mugs

Because our apparel and mugs are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for these items. 

 

Instructions

Please do not return your product to the manufacturer!

Contact us at products@hometips.com and we will facilitate your return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure that your return reaches us, we recommend you use a shipping solution that offers tracking—or that you purchase shipping insurance.  

 

Replacements or Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to tell you we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you believe a refund is overdue, please first double-check your bank account statement before proceeding.

Next, contact your credit card company to ask whether a refund has been submitted. It may take a couple of weeks before a refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. A few days of processing time may be needed before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and your refund is still delayed, please contact us at products@hometips.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items will be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace or exchange items that were originally defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange a damaged item for a new one like it, send us an email at products@hometips.com—we will help you. 

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary, depending upon where you live. Please allow 3 weeks.
